STEP 1. Complete a Travel Reservation Form
A separate Travel Reservation Form is required for each adult traveler occupying the room. Children under the age of 18, enter their full name, as it appears on the passport and date of birth in the "Traveling With" field on the adult's reservation form.

NOTE: If the special payment type is not used PayPal deducts a vendor fee from your payment causing the amount received to be less than intended. T&T Executive Travel Services cannot absorb that cost and can only credit the actual amount received. DO NOT select paying for "Goods and Services" as it voids the special payment type for travel. PayPal is FREE when paying through your checking account (may require you to link your banking account). If you choose NOT to use the For Friends and Family payment type, you MUST ADD 3.2% to each payment. *PayPal charges a fee for Credit/Debit Card transactions.
